I am happy to work on custom orders based on your ideas and/or sketches. Contact me using this form or email, or send me a message on Instagram with any questions you might have.

Please note I will not engage in any unethical business practices and replicate other artists' work. I can draw inspiration from different sources, but I respect other jewellers' work and will not make copies. By requesting a custom piece, it is understood that you are interested in my original designs.


TURNAROUND TIME
The exact time needed to complete a commission depends on the design and whether it needs to be submitted for hallmarking. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks, and in some cases (i.e. when I have to wait for custom stones ordered to make your item) and during busy times of the year, up to 8 weeks.


PRICING
Prices for custom items can vary a lot, depending on the type of metal and/or gemstones used, but the starting point for all commissions is £60 as that is the minimum price that covers the time needed to start working on a custom item. The cost will increase with changes to the design, but all costs will be confirmed before we reach the final agreement and you get an invoice.


PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required for all commissions in silver, or the cost of the metal for those in gold. However, in case I cancel the commission, you will be fully refunded.

Your custom order can be paid through a PayPal invoice sent to your email or through a listing I will set up specially for you in this store. If you are in the UK, there is also the option of paying with a direct bank transfer in GBP.

Shipping options for custom order vary and will be discussed on a case to case basis.

Full payment is required before a custom order is shipped to you.

You are legally responsible for paying any fees related to import and VAT in your own country. Please be familiar with your country's customs and laws before you place an order.
